Install the ngrok agent

brew install ngrok

Download a standalone executable with zero runtime dependencies.

Download

In a terminal, extract ngrok.

sudo unzip ~/Downloads/ngrok-v3-stable-darwin-arm64.zip -d /usr/local/bin

Add your authtoken

ngrok config add-authtoken "<YOUR_AUTHTOKEN>"

Get a public URL for your app

ngrok http 80

80 is an example port. Use your app’s actual port. View docs for more info.

Open your ngrok URL in a browser to see it working!

Create a policy.yaml file and run this command:
