ngrok could not process your card.
  • Your card provider or bank may have declined your payment.
  • ngrok accepts most major payment cards, but does not accept:
    • PayPal
    • Venmo
    • Cryptocurrency

How do I fix ERR_NGROK_1006?

  • Confirm that you’re using a valid credit card.
  • Confirm that your billing information is correct.
  • If you’re using a pre-paid card, confirm that your account balance is sufficient.
If you are repeatedly seeing this error, your bank or card provider may be able to provide additional information. ngrok support often can’t do much more, but you can email support@ngrok.com to ask for further investigation.
