# Error ERR_NGROK_DASH_SESSION_LIFETIME_NOT_ALLOWED

## ERR\_NGROK\_DASH\_SESSION\_LIFETIME\_NOT\_ALLOWED

Dashboard session lifetime needs the Identity & Access Governance Suite add-on. Add it to your plan at [https://dashboard.ngrok.com/legacy/billing/subscription/add-ons](https://dashboard.ngrok.com/legacy/billing/subscription/add-ons), then set the lifetime again.
